4. Protection of Proprietary Formulas & Compounding Processes

PlacerRX Pharmacy’s proprietary formulations, chemical combinations, compounding techniques, and quality-control processes are protected trade secrets and intellectual property of PlacerRX Pharmacy, Inc.

Notice: Unauthorized access, reproduction, or disclosure of any proprietary formula, chemical recipe, or compounding process is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal penalties.

All staff, contractors, and partners must sign confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. These safeguards ensure that PlacerRX’s unique preparations remain secure and are used solely for approved patient care purposes.

We do not disclose PHI to marketers, advertisers, or unrelated entities without your authorization.

We retain patient and prescription records for a minimum of seven (7) years or longer if required by law. When records are no longer needed, we securely destroy them via shredding, incineration, or permanent digital deletion.
