4. Protection of Proprietary Formulas & Compounding Processes

PlacerRX Pharmacy’s proprietary formulations, chemical combinations, compounding techniques, and quality-control processes are protected trade secrets and intellectual property of PlacerRX Pharmacy, Inc.

Notice: Unauthorized access, reproduction, or disclosure of any proprietary formula, chemical recipe, or compounding process is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal penalties.
